Return & Refund Policy

Each tapestry is custom-made to order and thoughtfully crafted just for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, currently we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement—before production begins. After this window, all orders are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tapestry arrives with a flaw or damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll ask for clear photos to assess the issue.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will either:

  • Reprint and reship the item at no extra cost (including return shipping if required), or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

How to Report a Problem

  1. Email us at help@bowerbirdsabode.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.
  4. Approved returns must be received within 30 days of return authorization.
